Quran 57:24

ٱلَّذِينَ يَبۡخَلُونَ وَيَأۡمُرُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ بِٱلۡبُخۡلِ‌ۗ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡغَنِىُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ ٢٤

They are stingy, and enjoin the people to be stingy. If one turns away, then ALLAH is the Rich, the Praiseworthy.
