بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
سَأَلَ سَآٮِٕلُۢ بِعَذَابٍ۬ وَاقِعٍ۬ ١
A questioner may question the inevitable retribution.
لِّلۡڪَـٰفِرِينَ لَيۡسَ لَهُ ۥ دَافِعٌ۬ ٢
For the disbelievers, none can stop it.
مِّنَ ٱللهِ ذِى ٱلۡمَعَارِجِ ٣
From ALLAH; Possessor of the highest Height.
Proofs and revelations
70:3 - The Proof:
Revealed: The Allah letters are 7.
Allah has created 7 Universes and He is at the highest Height in the highest Heaven.
تَعۡرُجُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕڪَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيۡهِ فِى يَوۡمٍ۬ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُ ۥ خَمۡسِينَ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٍ۬ ٤
The angels and the Spirit, with their reports, climb to Him in a day that equals fifty thousand years.
فَٱصۡبِرۡ صَبۡرً۬ا جَمِيلاً ٥
Therefore, you shall resort to a gracious patience.
إِنَّہُمۡ يَرَوۡنَهُ ۥ بَعِيدً۬ا ٦
For they see it far away.
وَنَرَٮٰهُ قَرِيبً۬ا ٧
While we see it very close.
يَوۡمَ تَكُونُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ كَٱلۡمُهۡلِ ٨
The day will come when the sky will be like molten rocks.
وَتَكُونُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَٱلۡعِهۡنِ ٩
The mountains will be like fluffy wool.
وَلَا يَسۡـَٔلُ حَمِيمٌ حَمِيمً۬ا ١٠
No friend will care about his close friend.
يُبَصَّرُونَہُمۡۚ يَوَدُّ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُ لَوۡ يَفۡتَدِى مِنۡ عَذَابِ يَوۡمِٮِٕذِۭ بِبَنِيهِ ١١
When they see them, the guilty will wish he could give his own children as ransom, to spare him the retribution of that day.
وَصَـٰحِبَتِهِۦ وَأَخِيهِ ١٢
Also his spouse, and his brother.
وَفَصِيلَتِهِ ٱلَّتِى تُـٔۡوِيهِ ١٣
Even his whole tribe that raised him.
وَمَن فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعً۬ا ثُمَّ يُنجِيهِ ١٤
Even all the people on Earth, if it would save him.
كَلَّآۖ إِنَّہَا لَظَىٰ ١٥
No; it is aflame.
نَزَّاعَةً۬ لِّلشَّوَىٰ ١٦
Eager to burn.
تَدۡعُواْ مَنۡ أَدۡبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ ١٧
It calls on those who turned away.
وَجَمَعَ فَأَوۡعَىٰٓ ١٨
Those who hoarded and counted.
إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا ١٩
Indeed, the human being is anxious.
إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ جَزُوعً۬ا ٢٠
If touched by adversity, despondent.
وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلۡخَيۡرُ مَنُوعًا ٢١
If blessed by wealth, stingy.
إِلَّا ٱلۡمُصَلِّينَ ٢٢
Except for the worshipers.
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِہِمۡ دَآٮِٕمُونَ ٢٣
Who always observe their Salat (Contact Prayer).
وَٱلَّذِينَ فِىٓ أَمۡوَٲلِهِمۡ حَقٌّ۬ مَّعۡلُومٌ۬ ٢٤
Part of their money is set aside.
لِّلسَّآٮِٕلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ ٢٥
For the poor and the needy.
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُونَ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ ٢٦
They believe in the Day of Judgment.
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنۡ عَذَابِ رَبِّہِم مُّشۡفِقُونَ ٢٧
They reverence their Lord’s requital.
إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّہِمۡ غَيۡرُ مَأۡمُونٍ۬ ٢٨
Their Lord’s requital is not taken for granted.
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ لِفُرُوجِهِمۡ حَـٰفِظُونَ ٢٩
They keep their chastity.
إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزۡوَٲجِهِمۡ أَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَـٰنُہُمۡ فَإِنَّہُمۡ غَيۡرُ مَلُومِينَ ٣٠
(They have relations) only with their spouses, or what is legally theirs. They are not to be blamed.
فَمَنِ ٱبۡتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٲلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡعَادُونَ ٣١
Anyone who transgresses these limits is a sinner.
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ لِأَمَـٰنَـٰتِہِمۡ وَعَهۡدِهِمۡ رَٲعُونَ ٣٢
And they (the believers) keep their word; they are trustworthy.
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَہَـٰدَٲتِہِمۡ قَآٮِٕمُونَ ٣٣
Their testimony is truthful.
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِہِمۡ يُحَافِظُونَ ٣٤
They consistently observe their Salat (Contact Prayer) on time.
أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ فِى جَنَّـٰتٍ۬ مُّكۡرَمُونَ ٣٥
They have deserved a position of honor in Paradise.
Proofs and revelations
70:22 to 70:35 - The Proof:
Revealed: These verses are 14. The topic is on the believers and define and describe the traits of the worshippers of Allah.
فَمَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ قِبَلَكَ مُهۡطِعِينَ ٣٦
What is keeping those who disbelieved from joining you?
Proofs and revelations
70:35 and 70:36 - The Proof:
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 8 and 12 in each verse, revealing the name of the messenger Husain (128). The ones who believe in and follow the messenger will qualify to have a position of honor in Paradise. The ones who disbelieve also have a chance to join the messenger and his congregation by giving up idol worship and turning righteous, thereby qualifying for Paradise.
70:36 - The Proof:
Revealed: From verse 70:36 to verse 70:44 there are 77 Allah letters.
عَنِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ عِزِينَ ٣٧
To the right, and to the left, they flee.
Proofs and revelations
70:36 and 70:37 - The Proof:
Revealed: The Allah letters are 7 and 6, revealing the diff. is 1.
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 12 and 13, revealing the diff. is 1.
أَيَطۡمَعُ ڪُلُّ ٱمۡرِىٍٕ۬ مِّنۡہُمۡ أَن يُدۡخَلَ جَنَّةَ نَعِيمٍ۬ ٣٨
How can any of them expect to enter the blissful Paradise?
كَلَّآۖ إِنَّا خَلَقۡنَـٰهُم مِّمَّا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٣٩
Never; we created them, and they know from what.
فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ ٤٠
I solemnly swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests; we are able –
عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرً۬ا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ ٤١
to substitute them with better (people) in their place; we can never be defeated.
فَذَرۡهُمۡ يَخُوضُواْ وَيَلۡعَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَـٰقُواْ يَوۡمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى يُوعَدُونَ ٤٢
Therefore, let them blunder and play, until they meet the day that is awaiting them.
يَوۡمَ يَخۡرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَجۡدَاثِ سِرَاعً۬ا كَأَنَّہُمۡ إِلَىٰ نُصُبٍ۬ يُوفِضُونَ ٤٣
That is the day they come out of the graves in a hurry, as if herded to the (sacrificial) altars.
Proofs and revelations
70:42 and 70:43 - The Proof:
Revealed: The Allah letters are 9 and 10 in each verse, revealing the diff. of 1.
خَـٰشِعَةً أَبۡصَـٰرُهُمۡ تَرۡهَقُهُمۡ ذِلَّةٌ۬ۚ ذَٲلِكَ ٱلۡيَوۡمُ ٱلَّذِى كَانُواْ يُوعَدُونَ ٤٤
With their eyes subdued, shame will cover them. That is the day that is awaiting them.
Proofs and revelations
70:44 - The Proof:
Revealed: Verse 70:44 is marked with 14 letters of Allah.
Revealed: The chapter number 70 when added to the number of verses 44, revealing the sum of 114, which is the total number of chapters in the Quran and this shows that the disbelievers will come out of their graves with their eyes subdued and shame will cover them.
