In verse 110:3
Revealed: The GV of messenger’s letters is 296. The difference between 388 and 296 is 92, representing Muhammad (the Prophet who was revealed the Quran).
The Proof of 388 represents the word "The disbelievers" - "Al Kaaferoon". As the verse says that we will see the people embracing Allah's religion (Islam) in throngs, and hopefully the disbelievers may be forced to accept the religion of Islam, Glory be to Allah.
فَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡهُۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ ڪَانَ تَوَّابَۢا ٣
You shall glorify and praise your Lord, and implore Him for forgiveness. He is the Redeemer.
