بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
Only The Hypocrites Bear Witness For The Messenger
إِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقُونَ قَالُواْ نَشۡہَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ ٱللهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُهُ ۥ وَٱللَّهُ يَشۡہَدُ إِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقِينَ لَكَـٰذِبُونَ ١
When the hypocrites come to you they say, "We bear witness that you are the messenger of ALLAH." ALLAH knows that you are His messenger, and ALLAH bears witness that the hypocrites are liars.
Proofs and revelations
63:1 - The Proof:
63:1 Part 2: ALLAH knows that you are His messenger.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 162, revealing that the authorized messenger has brought the message of Submission to the people.
Revealed: The GV of messenger’s letters is 322, a multiple of 14 (14 x 23). The messenger has been granted the Miracle of Seven Pairs to preach the message of Submission.
63:1 Part 3: And ALLAH bears witness that the hypocrites are liars.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 133 revealing the codes of 7 and 19 (133 = 7 x 19).

ٱتَّخَذُوٓاْ أَيۡمَـٰنَہُمۡ جُنَّةً۬ فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللهِۚ إِنَّہُمۡ سَآءَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٢
Under the guise of their apparent faith, they repel the people from the path of ALLAH. Miserable indeed is what they do.

Complementary Miracle of Seven Pairs:
Revealed: In Part 1, the messenger’s letters are 14, and in Part 2, the Allah letters are 7 – revealing the great Miracle of Seven Pairs.
Revealed: Part 1 bears the Glorified Name of Allah once and is profoundly stamped and marked with GV of Allah letters as 110. This part bears 14 messenger's letters.
ذَٲلِكَ بِأَنَّہُمۡ ءَامَنُواْ ثُمَّ كَفَرُواْ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِہِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ٣
This is because they believed, then disbelieved. Hence, their minds are blocked; they do not understand.

The Arrogant Are Exposed
وَإِذَا رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ تُعۡجِبُكَ أَجۡسَامُهُمۡۖ وَإِن يَقُولُواْ تَسۡمَعۡ لِقَوۡلِهِمۡۖ كَأَنَّہُمۡ خُشُبٌ۬ مُّسَنَّدَةٌ۬ۖ يَحۡسَبُونَ كُلَّ صَيۡحَةٍ عَلَيۡہِمۡۚ هُمُ ٱلۡعَدُوُّ فَٱحۡذَرۡهُمۡۚ قَـٰتَلَهُمُ ٱللَّهُۖ أَنَّىٰ يُؤۡفَكُونَ ٤
When you see them, you may be impressed by their looks. And when they speak, you may listen to their eloquence. They are like standing logs. They think that every call is intended against them. These are the real enemies; beware of them. ALLAH condemns them; they have deviated.
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ تَعَالَوۡاْ يَسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ رَسُولُ ٱللهِ لَوَّوۡاْ رُءُوسَهُمۡ وَرَأَيۡتَهُمۡ يَصُدُّونَ وَهُم مُّسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ ٥
When they are told, "Come let the messenger of ALLAH pray for your forgiveness," they mockingly turn their heads, and you see them repel others and act arrogantly.

63:5 - The Proof:
Revealed: The Arabic letters in the verse are 66, proclaiming the Glorified Name of Allah.
63:5 Part 1: When they are told, "Come let the messenger of ALLAH pray for your forgiveness."
63:5 Part 2: They mockingly turn their heads, and you see them repel others and act arrogantly.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters are 225 and 47 in each part, the difference is 178, revealing the name of the messenger, Makbool (178) and the digits of chapter and verse number add up to 14.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 14 in Part 1.
The Disbelievers Cannot Be Forgiven, No Matter Who Prays For Them
سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ أَسۡتَغۡفَرۡتَ لَهُمۡ أَمۡ لَمۡ تَسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَهُمۡ لَن يَغۡفِرَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَہۡدِى ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡفَـٰسِقِينَ ٦
It is the same for them, whether you pray for their forgiveness, or not pray for their forgiveness; ALLAH will not forgive them. For ALLAH does not guide the wicked people.

63:6 - The Proof:
63:6 Part 1: It is the same for them, whether you pray for their forgiveness, or not pray for their forgiveness;
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 14.
63:6 Part 2: ALLAH will not forgive them. For ALLAH does not guide the wicked people.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 296 revealing that the messenger cannot pray for forgiveness for the idol worshippers and those who disobey Allah and His messenger.
63:6 Part: For ALLAH does not guide the wicked people.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 12 (same as the Shahadah). The GV of Allah letters is perfectly 165. Those who disregard Allah’s Absolute Authority will never be forgiven by Him.
هُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ لَا تُنفِقُواْ عَلَىٰ مَنۡ عِندَ رَسُولِ ٱللهِ حَتَّىٰ يَنفَضُّواْۗ وَلِلَّهِ خَزَآٮِٕنُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقِينَ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ٧
They are the ones who say, "Do not give any money to those who followed the messenger of ALLAH, perhaps they abandon him!" However, ALLAH possesses the treasures of the Heavens and the Earth, but the hypocrites do not comprehend.
يَقُولُونَ لَٮِٕن رَّجَعۡنَآ إِلَى ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ لَيُخۡرِجَنَّ ٱلۡأَعَزُّ مِنۡہَا ٱلۡأَذَلَّۚ وَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِۦ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقِينَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٨
They say, "If we go back to the city, the powerful therein will evict the weak (and we will be victimized)." (They should know that) all dignity belongs to ALLAH and His messenger, and the believers. However, the hypocrites do not know.
يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُلۡهِكُمۡ أَمۡوَٲلُكُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَـٰدُڪُمۡ عَن ذِڪۡرِ ٱللهِۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٲلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَـٰسِرُونَ ٩
O you who believe, do not be distracted by your money and your children from remembering ALLAH. Those who do this are the losers.

63:9 Part 1: O you who believe.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 7 and 21 in each part, revealing the diff. of 14.
وَأَنفِقُواْ مِن مَّا رَزَقۡنَـٰكُم مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِىَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ فَيَقُولَ رَبِّ لَوۡلَآ أَخَّرۡتَنِىٓ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ۬ قَرِيبٍ۬ فَأَصَّدَّقَ وَأَكُن مِّنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ ١٠
You shall give from our provisions to you before death comes to you, then you say, "My Lord, if only You could delay this for a short while! I would then be charitable and join the righteous!"

63:10 - The Proof:
63:10 Part 1: You shall give from our provisions to you before death comes to you.

Revealed: The Aleefs of Absoluteness are 7 and 7 in each part for a total of 14.
63:10 Part 2: Then you say, "My Lord, if only You could delay this for a short while! I would then be charitable and join the righteous!"
Revealed: The Allah letters are 14.
Revealed: From the beginning of the verse to the word "charitable", the Allah letters are 19. The GV of these 19 Allah letters are 222, proclaiming "Rabbayka" - "Your Lord".
Revealed: The word "The righteous" - "Al- Saleheen" has the GV of messenger’s letters as 128. Praise be to Allah who has embedded the messenger’s name in the word.
وَلَن يُؤَخِّرَ ٱللَّهُ نَفۡسًا إِذَا جَآءَ أَجَلُهَاۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ ١١
ALLAH never delays the appointed time of death for any soul. ALLAH is fully Cognizant of everything you do.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 19.
Revealed: The count of Allah in this chapter to this verse is 14, thus revealing the Sacred Codes of 19 - 14.
