لِّكَيۡلَا تَأۡسَوۡاْ عَلَىٰ مَا فَاتَكُمۡ وَلَا تَفۡرَحُواْ بِمَآ ءَاتَٮٰڪُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخۡتَالٍ۬ فَخُورٍ ٢٣
Thus, you should not grieve over anything you miss, nor be proud of anything He has bestowed upon you. ALLAH does not love those who are boastful, proud.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 22 and 21 in each verse, revealing the diff. of 1.
The verses explain to the believers that everything has been predetermined and prerecorded by Allah and therefore they should not grieve over anything they miss or be proud over anything He has bestowed upon them. Those who are blessed by Allah with material resources and then act stingy and enjoin other people to be stingy are condemned by Allah.
