تَعۡرُجُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕڪَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيۡهِ فِى يَوۡمٍ۬ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُ ۥ خَمۡسِينَ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٍ۬ ٤
The angels and the Spirit, with their reports, climb to Him in a day that equals fifty thousand years.

Both of these verses, 32:5 and 70:4, analogize different yardsticks – a day equaling 1000 years and a day equaling 50,000 years. Moreover, GOD did not elaborate whether He is comparing with an ordinary year of humans based on 365 days or a “light year” which can be a totally different measurement.
