وَأَذَٲنٌ۬ مِّنَ ٱللهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۤ إِلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡحَجِّ ٱلۡأَڪۡبَرِ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَرِىٓءٌ۬ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَۙ وَرَسُولُهُ ۥۚ فَإِن تُبۡتُمۡ فَهُوَ خَيۡرٌ۬ لَّڪُمۡۖ وَإِن تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّكُمۡ غَيۡرُ مُعۡجِزِى ٱللهِۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ٣
A proclamation is herein issued from ALLAH and His messenger to all the people on the great day of pilgrimage, that ALLAH has disowned the idol worshipers, and so did His messenger. Thus, if you repent, it would be better for you. But if you turn away, then know that you can never escape from ALLAH. Promise those who disbelieve a painful retribution.

Revealed: The Aleefs of Absoluteness are 21 and the Allah letters are 45, revealing the sum of 66, proclaiming the Glorified Name of Allah.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 12 and the GV of Allah letters is 165, matching the Shahadah, La Elaha Ella Allah.
Revealed: For the words “Allah and His messenger” - “Allah wa Rasoolayhee” - the GV of messenger’s letters is 162. The proclamation was issued by Allah through His messenger regarding submitting to Him. The proclamation was made on the great day of pilgrimage that Allah disowned the idol worshippers and so did His messenger Muhammad.
