Quran 9:112

The Quran was sent down by the Most Gracious for the righteous – the believers who are entrusted to be the keepers of GOD’s laws (9:112). The messengers are sent to guide the believers (3:164) and to test them (6:53), as well as to warn the opponents of GOD (40:30, 51:51) who deny and dispute His Absolute Authority to do whatever He wills and pleases.

According to the contract through the Quran, the believers are the ones who are required to be the keepers of God’s laws. This cannot be achieved until you uphold the terms and conditions (the verses) mentioned in the contract (the Quran). When you uphold the laws of God through the Quran, it is called working righteousness and striving in His cause. The verses on the “most profitable investment” that can be made by the humans are 9:111-112.

The Most Gracious has narrated numerous verses in the Quran on the subject of ‘right, right path, righteous ways,’ as compared to the wrong ways advocated by the devil. Since the believers are described in verse 9:112 as the “repenters,” they should repent to Allah a firm repentance in order to be forgiven for their sins. In addition, they should implore Allah to protect them from falling in sin before it is too late to repent. I will recite the following verses.
