وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمۡتُم مِّن شَىۡءٍ۬ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ ۥ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِى ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡيَتَـٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَـٰكِينِ وَٱبۡنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمۡ ءَامَنتُم بِٱللهِ وَمَآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَىٰ عَبۡدِنَا يَوۡمَ ٱلۡفُرۡقَانِ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡتَقَى ٱلۡجَمۡعَانِۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ ڪُلِّ شَىۡءٍ۬ قَدِيرٌ ٤١
You should know that if you gain any spoils in war, one-fifth shall go to ALLAH and the messenger, to be given to the relatives, the orphans, the poor, and the traveling alien. You will do this if you believe in ALLAH and in what we revealed to our servant on the day of decision, the day the two armies clashed. ALLAH is Omnipotent over all things and matters.
