إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللهِ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلۡبُكۡمُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ ٢٢
The worst creatures in the sight of ALLAH are the deaf and dumb, who do not understand.
