وَجَآءَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَمَن قَبۡلَهُ ۥ وَٱلۡمُؤۡتَفِكَـٰتُ بِٱلۡخَاطِئَةِ ٩
Pharaoh, others before him, and the sinners (of Sodom) were wicked.
