Quran 67:13

The Kingship سُوۡرَةُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ Al-Mulk

وَأَسِرُّواْ قَوۡلَكُمۡ أَوِ ٱجۡهَرُواْ بِهِۦۤ‌ۖ إِنَّهُ ۥ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ١٣

Whether you keep your utterances secret, or declare them, He is fully aware of the innermost thoughts.
