تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِى بِيَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ۬ قَدِيرٌ ١
Most exalted is the One in whose hands is all Kingship, and He is Omnipotent over all things and matters.
