رَّسُولاً۬ يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡكُمۡ ءَايَـٰتِ ٱللهِ مُبَيِّنَـٰتٍ۬ لِّيُخۡرِجَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ مِنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِۚ وَمَن يُؤۡمِنۢ بِٱللهِ وَيَعۡمَلۡ صَـٰلِحً۬ا يُدۡخِلۡهُ جَنَّـٰتٍ۬ تَجۡرِى مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡہَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيہَآ أَبَدً۬اۖ قَدۡ أَحۡسَنَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُ ۥ رِزۡقًا ١١
a messenger who recites to you the proven revelations of ALLAH, to lead those who believe and work righteousness out of the darkness into the light. Anyone who believes in ALLAH and leads a righteous life, He will admit him into gardens with flowing streams; they abide therein forever. ALLAH will generously reward him.
Proofs and revelations
65:10 and 65:11 - The Proofs:
65:10 Part: ALLAH has prepared for them severe retribution. Therefore, you shall reverence ALLAH, O you who possess intelligence and believed.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 26, and the messenger’s letters are 24, revealing the diff. is 2.
Revealed: This portion of the verse is guarded with 14 Aleefs of Absoluteness outlining the Revelation given to me, and proving what I have stated below in my comments with regard to the idolatry committed by the followers of the Quran.
The "Revelation of 2" signifies here that the majority of those who say that they believe in ALLAH and the Quran do not do so without committing idol worship (12:106). They do not really believe in all the verses and do not care to uphold them, including disbelief in His Absolute Authority projected through His messengers. Therefore, you see the "Revelation of 2 gods" – meaning idolatry committed by the people by disbelieving, rejecting, opposing and ridiculing ALLAH’s (human) messengers.
65:10-11 Part: ALLAH has sent down to you a message - a messenger (human) who recites to you the proven revelations of ALLAH.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 19 – a clear revelation of the Authority of Allah.
Revealed: The GV of the messenger’s letters is 714 – a clear revelation of the Seven Pairs through all the name letters of the messenger, Subhan Allah.
65:11 Part: to lead those who believe and work righteousness out of the darkness into the light. Anyone who believes in ALLAH and leads a righteous life, He will admit him into gardens with flowing streams; they abide therein forever. ALLAH will generously reward him.
Revealed: The Aleefs of Absoluteness are 19.

GOD will now reveal the Secret behind my recitation of His Revelations in accordance with His will – the Perfect Revelation of the Seven Pairs bestowed upon me as a Profound Sign through the relevant parts of verses 65:10-11 and augments it with verse 27:6 which mentions the entire QURAN blessed upon me through the same Miracle.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 28, a multiple of 14 (28 = 14 x 2).Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 38, a multiple of 19 (38 = 19 x 2).Revealed: This is not only the Revelation of the Sacred Codes of 14 and 19; in fact it brings out the Sacred and Glorified Name of ALLAH, as 28 + 38 = 66, Subhan Allah.Revealed: Note that the pair of important verses, 65:10-11 bear the sum of the digits as 14 – the truthful miracle of the Seven Pairs (6+5+1+1+1 = 14).

GOD has thus confirmed the “Revelation of the Seven Pairs” by inscribing 19 letters of His Name in verses 65:10-11 and complementing it with 19 letters of the messenger’s letters in 27:6. The Light of Allah – Guidance through it, or Deprivation of Light
