لَأَنتُمۡ أَشَدُّ رَهۡبَةً۬ فِى صُدُورِهِم مِّنَ ٱللهِۚ ذَٲلِكَ بِأَنَّہُمۡ قَوۡمٌ۬ لَّا يَفۡقَهُونَ ١٣
Indeed, you strike more terror in their hearts than their fear of ALLAH. This is because they are people who do not comprehend.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 16 and the Aleefs of Absoluteness are 5, revealing the Absoluteness of Allah through the pattern of 165.
The verse points out that the people at the time of Prophet Muhammad were more fearful of him rather than being fearful of Allah, who was behind his actions and the strength granted to him as revealed through the Sacred Miracle of 165 (see verse 9:62).
