فَمَن لَّمۡ يَجِدۡ فَصِيَامُ شَہۡرَيۡنِ مُتَتَابِعَيۡنِ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يَتَمَآسَّاۖ فَمَن لَّمۡ يَسۡتَطِعۡ فَإِطۡعَامُ سِتِّينَ مِسۡكِينً۬اۚ ذَٲلِكَ لِتُؤۡمِنُواْ بِٱللهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۚ وَتِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللهِۗ وَلِلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ٤
If you cannot find (a slave to free), you shall fast two consecutive months before resuming sexual relations. If you cannot fast, then you shall feed sixty poor people. You shall believe in ALLAH and His messenger. These are ALLAH’s laws. The disbelievers have incurred a painful retribution.

The revelations prove that Allah reveals His laws to the messengers and grants them miracles and signs to prove that the inspiration is from Allah. This short part of the verse reveals the Revelation of 1 and the Revelation of 14 as Seven Pairs that have been granted to the messenger. The code of 110 reflects on the Absolute Authority of Allah, of which He reveals the full meaning and implication, through the messengers.

What is SLAVERY ?
58:3 Those who estrange their wives in this manner, then reconcile thereafter, shall atone by freeing a slave before resuming their sexual relations. This is to enlighten you.
