57:8 Part: He has taken a pledge from you.

The set and pair of verses recited above, 57:8-9 represented proofs through Allah letters, as the pledges were made with Him during our first life before coming to Earth to participate in the Test. Now, I will show you a linkage through another set (pair) of verses that will reveal proofs with the messenger's letters also, and confirm the fact of being a messenger of God.

Just like the messenger's name was marked in 57:8 under the pledge made by the humans to follow God’s messengers with the GV of the messenger's letters being 296; similarly, you will see the same phenomenon through verse 3:86 identifying the messenger.
