وَلَقَدۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَآ أَشۡيَاعَكُمۡ فَهَلۡ مِن مُّدَّڪِرٍ۬ ٥١

These revelations are a serious warning to the disbelievers who are being made aware that their counterparts in the past were annihilated through the command of Allah which He can carry out in the blink of an eye.
