Quran 49:9

49:9 - The Proof:

49:9 Part 1: If two groups of believers fought with each other, you shall reconcile them.

49:9 Part 2: If one group aggresses against the other, you shall fight the aggressing group until they submit to ALLAH’s command.

Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 22 and 23 in each part, revealing the diff. of 1.

This is a clear and serious command to the messenger that whichever is the aggressing group out of the two, he is asked to follow the first step by trying to reconcile them and to resolve the issue behind the dispute. But if one group does not follow the messenger’s command and aggresses against the other group then he and the believers who follow him should fight against the aggressing group until they submit to Allah’s command that was issued by the messenger. The remaining verse informs us that once they submit, then reconciliation should take place between the two fighting groups and from there on, peace should be maintained between them. Further the proof through the letters of Allah in the last part of the verse sheds light and confirms the command to the messenger and the believers.

49:9 Part 3: Once they submit, you shall reconcile the two groups equitably. You shall maintain justice; ALLAH loves those who are just.

Revealed: The Allah letters are perfectly 19 confirming the earlier proofs and explanation offered by the messenger.
