The Great Prophecy
هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرۡسَلَ رَسُولَهُ ۥ بِٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلۡحَقِّ لِيُظۡهِرَهُ ۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللهِ شَهِيدً۬ا ٢٨
He is the One who sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, to make it prevail over all other religions. ALLAH suffices as a witness.
Proofs and revelations
48:28 - This is the second occurrence of this verse in the Quran. The third occurrence is 61:9 and is in the same chapter as the Prophecy of Ahmad.
Revealed: Up to the Aleef of Allah, the GV of Allah letters is precisely 306, spelling out the full name of the messenger, Makbool Husain, so this verse and the chapter called Victory go hand in hand with this verse and the prophecy. This reflects the Absolute Authority of Allah who has sent the messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth.
