48:14
وَلِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ يَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَڪَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورً۬ا رَّحِيمً۬ا ١٤
To ALLAH belongs the sovereignty of the Heavens and the Earth. He forgives whomever He wills, and punishes whomever He wills. ALLAH is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
