ذَٲلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَرِهُواْ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأَحۡبَطَ أَعۡمَـٰلَهُمۡ ٩
That is because they hated what ALLAH revealed and consequently, He nullifies their works.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 15 and 16 in each verse, revealing the difference of 1.
Through verse 47:7, Allah advises the believers to support Allah by holding His Absoluteness through the Quran so that He will then support them and strengthen their foothold. At the same time verse 47:9 informs the believers that the hypocrites hated and still hate what is revealed through the messengers therefore their works will be nullified and they end up in Hell.
