هَـٰٓأَنتُمۡ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ تُدۡعَوۡنَ لِتُنفِقُواْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللهِ فَمِنڪُم مَّن يَبۡخَلُۖ وَمَن يَبۡخَلۡ فَإِنَّمَا يَبۡخَلُ عَن نَّفۡسِهِۦۚ وَٱللَّهُ ٱلۡغَنِىُّ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلۡفُقَرَآءُۚ وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوۡاْ يَسۡتَبۡدِلۡ قَوۡمًا غَيۡرَكُمۡ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُوٓاْ أَمۡثَـٰلَكُم ٣٨
You are invited to spend in the cause of ALLAH, but some of you turn stingy. The stingy are stingy towards their own souls. ALLAH is Rich, while you are poor. If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you.

Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 266 which is 14 x 19.
47:38 Part 2: ALLAH is Rich, while you are poor. If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 256, proclaiming the word "Noor" - "Light". This verse informs the disbelieving followers of the Quran who act stingy when they are invited by the messenger to spend in the cause of Allah. By being stingy, the disbelievers prevent their souls from growing and nourishing and their money will not help at all in the end. Furthermore, Allah can always substitute other people in their place and they will not be like them.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters in the entire verse is 522, which proclaims the "Hadees" - "Words" of Allah.
47:38 Part: If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 126 and the GV of messenger’s letters is 648 to reveal the diff. of 522. This is additional confirmation of the "Hadees" - "Words" through Allah’s and the messenger’s letters, and matches the earlier revelation for the same words as revealed for the entire verse through Allah letters. The GV of messenger’s letters is 648 bears a significance as it is referring and pointing to verse 64:8 which states:
64:8 Therefore, you shall believe in ALLAH and His messenger, and the light that we have revealed herein. ALLAH is fully Cognizant of everything you do.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 10 and messenger’s letters are 11, revealing the diff. of 1.
