Quran 47:11

Everyone in their right mind knows that God is running the Universe but He has clearly stated that “GOD is the Lord of the believers only, while the disbelievers have no Lord,” as in 47:11.

47:11 This is because ALLAH is the Lord of those who believe, while the disbelievers have no lord.

BUT even though some creatures disobey His laws and Authority or challenge it, His Absoluteness as 1 is not affected, as He is the only LORD of the Universe – there is no other god except He. After creation of the Universe, He assumed full authority over His creations.
