قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُحۡيِيكُمۡ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمۡ ثُمَّ يَجۡمَعُكُمۡ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ لَا رَيۡبَ فِيهِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَڪۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٢٦
Say, "ALLAH has granted you life, then He puts you to death, then He will summon you to the Day of Resurrection, which is inevitable. But most people do not know."

45:26 Part 1: Say, “ALLAH has granted you life then He puts you to death.”
Revealed: The messenger’s letters are 14, confirming that indeed Allah is the One who grants life and death, Subhan Allah.
45:26 Part 2: Then He will summon you to the Day of Resurrection, which is inevitable.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 8 and messenger’s letters are 17, revealing the proof for the inevitable Day of Resurrection through the first name of the messenger Makbool, 178.

Most people will not believe in the revelations of Allah sent through the messenger, nor will they believe and follow the messenger, therefore they will remain oblivious and ignorant towards the inevitable Day of Resurrection, and their souls will return back empty.
