وَلَوۡ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَجَعَلَهُمۡ أُمَّةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ وَلَـٰكِن يُدۡخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِى رَحۡمَتِهِۦۚ وَٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ مَا لَهُم مِّن وَلِىٍّ۬ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ ٨
Had ALLAH willed, He could have made them one community. But He redeems into His mercy whomever He wills. As for the transgressors, they have no master, nor a helper.

42:8 - The Proof:
42:8 Part: Had ALLAH willed, He could have made them one community.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 12 and messenger's letters are 11, revealing the diff. of 1. It is Allah’s will to subject the human beings to the test regarding His Absoluteness. He fully knows those who will fully submit and believe in Him and those who will not. The ones who fully submit are considered to be part of the one community.

Revealed: The Allah letters are 12 and 13 in each part, revealing the diff. of 1. This revelation is clear proof and stamp on those who believe in Allah and His Absoluteness; those who do not, they are the transgressors who will have no master nor a helper on the Day of Judgment.
