Allah Has Erased The Falsehood And Re-Affirmed The Truth Through New Revelations Revealed To The Messenger
أَمۡ يَقُولُونَ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللهِ كَذِبً۬اۖ فَإِن يَشَإِ ٱللَّهُ يَخۡتِمۡ عَلَىٰ قَلۡبِكَۗ وَيَمۡحُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡبَـٰطِلَ وَيُحِقُّ ٱلۡحَقَّ بِكَلِمَـٰتِهِۦۤۚ إِنَّهُ ۥ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ٢٤
Are they saying, "He (the messenger) has fabricated lies about ALLAH!"? If ALLAH willed, He could have sealed your mind, but ALLAH erases the falsehood and affirms the truth with His words. He is fully aware of the innermost thoughts.
Proofs and revelations
The disbelievers have a tendency to reject the messengers of Allah or to accuse them as fabricating lies about Allah. This verse will counter their accusations and rebuff them with proof from Allah that His messengers are not fabricators, that they are granted the truth from their Lord through His words.

The reason for putting that ALLAH is aware of the innermost thoughts is that He inspires and reveals to the messenger. If the devil tries to dupe the messenger to interfere with the message and tries to make the messenger write other than the truth, Allah will immediately control the messenger and direct him to write only what is divinely revealed to him.
As the people can see, a single verse can have multiple revelations and proofs to express the clear meaning of the verse and parts of the verse to fully understand them. The guidance is a divinely controlled process to create the reverence and fear from the true believers. This nullifies the arguments from the disbelievers that the Quran is a fabricated book or that the messengers fabricate lies against Allah.
