ٱللَّهُ لَطِيفُۢ بِعِبَادِهِۦ يَرۡزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَوِىُّ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ١٩
ALLAH is fully aware of all His creatures; He provides for whomever He wills. He is the Powerful, the Almighty.
