ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَٱلۡمِيزَانَۗ وَمَا يُدۡرِيكَ لَعَلَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ قَرِيبٌ۬ ١٧
ALLAH is the One who sent down the scripture, to deliver the truth and the law. For all that you know, the Hour (Day of Judgment) may be very close.

42:16 and 42:17 Part - The Proof:
42:16 Those who argue about ALLAH, after receiving His message, their argument is nullified at their Lord. They have incurred condemnation, and have deserved a severe retribution.
42:17 Part: ALLAH is the One who sent down the scripture, to deliver the truth and the law.
Revealed: The Aleefs of Absoluteness in each verse are 7 and 7 again, revealing the Miracle of Seven Pairs to confirm the inclusion of this Miracle in the Great Quran.
Revealed: The GV of Allah letters for each of these verses is 222, proclaiming “Rabbayka” - “Your Lord”. (Refer to 45:18).
