وَمَا كُنتُمۡ تَسۡتَتِرُونَ أَن يَشۡہَدَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ سَمۡعُكُمۡ وَلَآ أَبۡصَـٰرُكُمۡ وَلَا جُلُودُكُمۡ وَلَـٰكِن ظَنَنتُمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَعۡلَمُ كَثِيرً۬ا مِّمَّا تَعۡمَلُونَ ٢٢
There is no way you can hide when your own hearing, your eyes and your skins will bear witness against you. In fact, you thought that ALLAH was unaware of much of what you do.

Allah has created different organs for the human beings while on Earth. The eyes, ears and skin are important and essential parts. These as with all organs are submitters to Allah and are controlled by Allah as they are beyond human control. On the Day of Judgment, they will serve as witnesses against the transgressing human souls who mistakenly thought that Allah did not know what they were doing on Earth.
