No Messenger Can Produce Any Miracle Without Allah’s Authorization
وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلاً۬ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ مِنۡهُم مَّن قَصَصۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن لَّمۡ نَقۡصُصۡ عَلَيۡكَۗ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَن يَأۡتِىَ بِـَٔايَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللهِۚ فَإِذَا جَآءَ أَمۡرُ ٱللهِ قُضِىَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ ٱلۡمُبۡطِلُونَ ٧٨
We have sent messengers before you – some of them we mentioned to you, and some we did not mention to you. No messenger can produce any miracle without ALLAH’s authorization. Once ALLAH’s judgment is issued, the truth dominates, and the falsifiers are exposed and humiliated.
Proofs and revelations
Allah has sent many messengers over time and he has mentioned some names in the Quran and some he did not. All messengers are given some kind of miracle to show the people that they have been sent by Allah.
The Proof:
40:78 Part: "No messenger can produce any miracle without ALLAH’s authorization."
The Allah letters are 16 and messengers letters are 17, revealing the diff. of 1. This is the supreme revelation of 1 that has been revealed to the messenger, whereby it includes the letters of Allah and the messenger to reveal the difference of 1.
The revelation of 1 represents Allah as ONE with the Absolute Authority and His Supremacy over everything that He has created.

Revealed: The precise count of M (meem) is 30 and the count of H (Ha) is 6, to reveal the full name of the messenger Makbool Husain 306, who has been sent to fulfil of the Prophecy of Ahmad (verse 61:6) as well as the Prophecy of Smoke (Al-Dhukan - chapter 44), both of these prophecies are relevant and connected with this message.

Revealed: It is marked with the Allah letters as 114.
Revealed: The Allah letters are 128 up to His name Allah in verse 40:84 - which lands on the Lam which is the common letter between Allah and the messenger’s name.
