إِذِ ٱلۡأَغۡلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعۡنَـٰقِهِمۡ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسۡحَبُونَ ٧١
The shackles will be around their necks, and the chains will be used to drag them.
