The Only Question That Will Be Asked From The Disbelievers

40:50

They will say, "Did you not receive your messengers who delivered to you clear proofs (and messages)?" They will reply, "Yes we did." They will say, "Then implore (as much as you wish); the imploring of the disbelievers is always in vain."

Proofs and revelations

As messengers are part of Allah’s system and it is mandatory for the people to believe in them but most of them disbelieve. On the Day of Judgment the only question asked from the disbelievers will be whether they did receive messengers that delivered to them clear messages. The response of the disbelievers will be “Yes we did”. See verses 39:71-72, 40:70, 67:6-11.

Is Quran the Messenger or the Message (Part 1)

IS QURAN THE MESSENGER OR THE MESSAGE (PART 1):ROLE OF THE HUMAN MESSENGER ACCORDING TO THE MESSAGE OF GOD IN THE QURAN Page 2
Those who disbelieve have always disputed about the messengers, and most of those who believed in the messengers, later end up disputing between themselves after the messengers depart from Earth.
