The Most Sinful Trait Of The Disbelievers: To Disbelieve On The Coming Of Future Messengers

40:34

Joseph had come to you before that with clear revelations, but you continued to doubt what he brought to you (as the message). Then, when he died you said, "ALLAH will not send any other messenger after him. (He was the last messenger)!" ALLAH thus sends astray those who are transgressors, doubtful.

Proofs and revelations

Majority of the people of the scripture refuse to believe in all of Allah’s messengers and some who do fabricate a lie to say that Allah has stopped sending messengers. They put a stop to the belief of the coming of future messengers, thus they commit gross idolatry by going against the verses of the Quran. Messengers are a part of Allah’s system to send messages to the human beings and by uttering unrighteous statements they commit gross idolatry against the Absoluteness of Allah.
