رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَـٰتِ ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ يُلۡقِى ٱلرُّوحَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوۡمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ ١٥
Possessor of the highest ranks, and Ruler of the whole dominion. He sends inspiration, bearing His commands, to whomever He chooses from among His servants, to warn about the Day of Summoning.

Revealed: The GV of Allah letters is 62 and the GV of messenger’s letters is 76, revealing the diff. of 14 as the Seven Pairs Miracle. The coding of the messenger’s letters along with the Glorified Name of Allah are proofs of the Highest Order which cannot be fathomed by any human being.
