فَبِمَا نَقۡضِہِم مِّيثَـٰقَهُمۡ وَكُفۡرِهِم بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللهِ وَقَتۡلِهِمُ ٱلۡأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيۡرِ حَقٍّ۬ وَقَوۡلِهِمۡ قُلُوبُنَا غُلۡفُۢۚ بَلۡ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡہَا بِكُفۡرِهِمۡ فَلَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلاً۬ ١٥٥
(They incurred condemnation) for violating their covenant, rejecting ALLAH’s revelations, killing the prophets unjustly, and for saying, "Our minds are made up!" In fact, ALLAH is the One who sealed their minds, due to their disbelief, and this is why they fail to believe, except rarely.
