Quran 4:146

4:146 Part: Only those who repent, reform, hold fast to GOD, and devote their religion absolutely to GOD alone, will be counted with the believers.

The word "believed" is again LINKED with belief in ALLAH and His messengers. If someone had a difficult time understanding the true meaning of these words, all they have to do is see the proofs revealed above, whereby the messenger's letters are in perfect harmony of 14 and 7 based on the Miracle revealed to Him, and the GV of Allah letters is a perfect 100 and 100. These numbers further compliment the previous verse 4:146.
