أَوۡ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى ٱلۡعَذَابَ لَوۡ أَنَّ لِى ڪَرَّةً۬ فَأَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ ٥٨
Or say, when it sees the retribution, "If I get another chance, I will work righteousness."

39:56, 39:57 and 39:58: The disbelievers will show their remorse on the Day of Judgment by disregarding Allah’s commandments and being mockers. They will wish that if Allah had guided them that they would be with the righteous and will also wish when they see the retribution that if they get another chance, they will surely work righteousness.
