فَسَخَّرۡنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجۡرِى بِأَمۡرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيۡثُ أَصَابَ ٣٦
We (answered his prayer and) committed the wind at his disposal, pouring rain wherever he wanted.
