سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَىٰ نُوحٍ۬ فِى ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِينَ ٧٩
Peace be upon Noah among the peoples.
Proofs and revelations
37:79, 120, 130 - This shows Allah’s discretionary Absolute Authority to say Peace to any of His servants individually. As far as the believers are concerned, it is pointed out through verses 27:59 and 37:181 whereby they are commanded to say Peace be upon the messengers or Peace be upon the servants He chose.
