لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّ۬ا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَى ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ ٧٠

To preach to those who are alive, and to expose the disbelievers.
