GOD has stated in the Quran that most people will not believe, no matter what Miracle He sends down. This has been predetermined by Him (6:109; 36:7). Out of those who believe, some of them may get doubts from time to time, as they are surrounded by the disbelievers, whose pressure on them may become insurmountable.
