قُلِ ٱدۡعُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ زَعَمۡتُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللهِۖ لَا يَمۡلِڪُونَ مِثۡقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ۬ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَلَا فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا لَهُمۡ فِيهِمَا مِن شِرۡكٍ۬ وَمَا لَهُ ۥ مِنۡہُم مِّن ظَهِيرٍ۬ ٢٢
Say, "Implore the idols you have set up beside ALLAH. They do not possess as much as a single atom in the Heavens, or the Earth. They possess no partnership therein, nor does He permit them to be His assistants."
Proofs and revelations
34:22 - the verse explains that the idols setup besides Allah by the disbelievers are totally powerless and do not possess even as much as single atom in the Heavens and the Earth furthermore The Most Wise explains that they have no partnership with Him nor does He allow them to be His assistants. This further explains that the unauthorized idols do not have any permission from Allah - this does not apply to His authorized messengers who never claim to be partners with Allah nor are they.
