لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡغَنِىُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ ٢٦
To ALLAH belongs everything in the Heavens and the Earth. ALLAH is The Most Rich, Most Praiseworthy.

Though most people agree that Allah created the Heavens and the Earth but they remain unsure about it. That is why the verse says ““Praise be to Allah” Yet most of them do not know” - because they do not know out of sincere conviction as they remain doubtful about Allah’s power to create, therefore they do not follow the Quran and do not uphold His commands in the scripture.
