30:59
كَذَٲلِكَ يَطۡبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٥٩
ALLAH thus seals the hearts of those who do not know.
Proofs and revelations
Allah informs those who fail to believe in the unique and phenomenal miracles revealed to the messenger and remain heedless to believe in them, their hearts will be sealed, preventing them from gaining any knowledge of the Sacred Miracles of the Quran.
