وَإِذَآ أَذَقۡنَا ٱلنَّاسَ رَحۡمَةً۬ فَرِحُواْ بِہَاۖ وَإِن تُصِبۡهُمۡ سَيِّئَةُۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَيۡدِيہِمۡ إِذَا هُمۡ يَقۡنَطُونَ ٣٦
When we bestow mercy upon the people, they rejoice therein. But when adversity befalls them, as a consequence of their own works, they become despondent.
