وَرَبُّكَ يَخۡلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيَخۡتَارُۗ مَا ڪَانَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡخِيَرَةُۚ سُبۡحَـٰنَ ٱللهِ وَتَعَـٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشۡرِڪُونَ ٦٨
Your Lord creates whatever He wills, and chooses; no one else does any choosing. Glory be to ALLAH, The Most Exalted. He is far above needing partners.
