25:31
وَكَذَٲلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِىٍّ عَدُوًّ۬ا مِّنَ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِرَبِّكَ هَادِيً۬ا وَنَصِيرً۬ا ٣١
We also set up against every prophet enemies from among the guilty. Your Lord suffices as a guide, a master.

On the other hand, the utterances and acts that constitute “bad behavior” come under the “steps of satan” which are instituted by GOD in His system, purposely.
