24:37
رِجَالٌ۬ لَّا تُلۡهِيہِمۡ تِجَـٰرَةٌ۬ وَلَا بَيۡعٌ عَن ذِكۡرِ ٱللهِ وَإِقَامِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَإِيتَآءِ ٱلزَّكَوٰةِۙ يَخَافُونَ يَوۡمً۬ا تَتَقَلَّبُ فِيهِ ٱلۡقُلُوبُ وَٱلۡأَبۡصَـٰرُ ٣٧
People who are not distracted by business or trade from commemorating ALLAH; they observe the Salat (Contact Prayer), and give the Zakat (Obligatory Charity), and they are conscious of the day when the minds and the eyes will be horrified.
