Quran 23:75

وَلَوۡ رَحِمۡنَـٰهُمۡ وَكَشَفۡنَا مَا بِهِم مِّن ضُرٍّ۬ لَّلَجُّواْ فِى طُغۡيَـٰنِهِمۡ يَعۡمَهُونَ ٧٥

Even when we showered them with mercy, and relieved their problems, they plunged deeper into transgression, and continued to blunder.
